2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days (168 hours) of your original purchase date. The purchase date and time are determined by the timestamp on your payment receipt.

2.2 Course Completion

Refunds are available regardless of course progress. However, we ask that you provide honest feedback about what didn't meet your expectations so we can continuously improve our courses.

2.3 One Refund Per Customer

Each customer is entitled to one refund per course. If you have received a refund for a course in the past, you will not be eligible for another refund if you repurchase the same course.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

5.2 Certificates

Any certificates of completion issued will be revoked and are no longer valid after a refund is processed.

5.3 Downloaded Materials

You agree to delete any downloaded course materials after receiving a refund. Continued use of course materials after a refund is a violation of our Terms of Service and intellectual property rights.

Courses purchased at a promotional discount are subject to the same refund policy. You will receive a refund for the amount you actually paid.

If we receive a chargeback notification, we will provide your bank with all transaction details, communications, and proof of access to the course materials.
