1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProView Lab, operated by Matheus Gimenez Valerio (CNPJ: 43.562.898/0001-02) ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at proviewlab.com and our digital training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ProView Lab provides online educational training programs focused on digital content analysis, video evaluation, and related professional development skills ("Services"). Our Services include:

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

4. Purchase and Payment Terms

Course prices are displayed in USD or BRL and are subject to change. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are final and non-negotiable.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

4.3 Billing

For one-time purchases, you will be charged immediately upon completion of your order. You will receive a receipt via email confirming your purchase.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. For detailed information, please refer to our Refund Policy.

After the 7-day period, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for partially completed courses or courses where significant content has been accessed.

6. License and Access

6.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial use only. This license continues for the lifetime of the course or until terminated in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ProView Lab or its content suppliers and is protected by Brazilian and international copyright laws. You acknowledge that the Services contain proprietary content and information that is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVIEW LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProView Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Gália, São Paulo, Brazil.
